EDMOND. Oklahoma — Tripp Davis and Associates (TDA) is looking forward to following the competition on three courses that were selected to host a USGA Championship this year.
The U.S. Women’s Amateur Four-Ball is being held at Oklahoma City Golf & Country Club in Nichols Hills, Oklahoma, on May 10-14. TDA completed its renovation and restoration work there in 2020.
Atlanta Athletic Club’s Riverside Course in Johns Creek, Georgia, welcomes the U.S. Junior Girls’ Championship July 14-19. Davis’s redesign opened for play in 2022.
The U.S. Senior Amateur will be contested at San Antonio’s Oak Hills Country Club August 23-28. The course renovation and restoration was finished the spring of 2018.
“I am so honored to have worked with all three of these clubs to renovate, restore in the case of Oak Hills and Oklahoma City, and redesign in the case of Riverside at Atlanta Athletic Club,” Davis said. “Oak Hills originally was designed by A.W. Tillinghast and Oklahoma City was originally designed by Perry Maxwell and Alister MacKenzie. Robert Trent Jones, Sr. was Riverside’s architect.
“I could not be more proud and excited for these clubs to be hosting USGA Championships this year.”
