The first Nicklaus sets by Stix are already in the product design and engineering phase and will officially debut at the 2025 PGA Show, in Orlando in January. The Nicklaus sets will be available to the public in April, right in time for the 2025 spring golf season.
“Stix is growing the game by making quality golf equipment available to a wider audience,” said Stix founder Gabe Coyne. “We have enjoyed success doing just that in our first four years, and it is now an honor for Stix to join forces with the iconic global Nicklaus brand to create a collection of clubs that will enable more people to enjoy golf.
“The Nicklaus brand stands for quality, performance and unparalleled excellence, and we share a common mission to offer quality golf equipment at more affordable prices so more people can access and enjoy the game.”
Stix Golf is a golf equipment brand that has made a name for itself in the industry by developing high quality golf club sets and selling directly to consumers at a reasonable price. Stix relies on a “less is more” ideology in their product offerings, using sleek minimalist designs while maximizing the engineering prowess and features expected in premium sets of golf clubs.
In 2022 Stix received the golf industry’s international design award — the RedDot Award — for product design.
“Stix has quickly turned heads in the golf industry by making remarkable products that not only meet our high-performance standards but also provide fair pricing, helping to make the game of golf more accessible to more people,” said Nicklaus Brands president Andy O’Brien.
“The loyal Stix customer has a youthful and energetic demographic, for both men, women and juniors of varying handicaps. It is important for the Nicklaus legacy to reach this audience and meet the needs of this growing demographic of new golfers entering the game.”
The collaboration between the Nicklaus Companies and Stix Golf marks a new chapter in both brands’ histories, one that will see the development of innovative, high-quality golf products designed to enhance the experience for golfers at every level on a global basis.
Together, they will strive to make golf more inclusive and foster a love for the game in new and existing players alike.
As part of its mission to give back, Stix will also be supporting the Play Yellow Campaign chaired by Jack and Barbara Nicklaus.
