NEW YORK, NY – Five Iron Golf, the global leader in golf and entertainment, is bringing the excitement of competition to golfers everywhere with March Match Play, an electrifying head-to-head tournament presented in partnership with FuboTV Inc., the leading sports-first live TV streaming platform.
Inspired by the intensity of basketball’s bracket season, this single-player, elimination-style event offers golfers of all skill levels the opportunity to battle their way to victory, with the ultimate reward: a trip to Casa De Campo in the Dominican Republic and a grand prize one-year Fubo subscription.
“Five Iron Golf is thrilled to once again bring March Match Play to our community,” said Jared Solomon, CEO and Co-Founder of Five Iron Golf. “This tournament brings together competition, camaraderie, and the excitement of match play in a way that mirrors the most thrilling moments in sports.
“Partnering with Fubo allows us to further elevate the experience by providing tournament champions premium golf content that keeps players engaged both on and off the course.”
For $60, participants can enter the tournament and play up to two qualifying rounds during designated windows. The journey to victory starts with qualifying rounds from February 24 to March 20, where players compete for one of 124 coveted spots in the bracket, joining last year’s Final Four.
Once the bracket is set, match play rounds begin on March 24, with competitors facing off in a flexible, asynchronous format. The stakes rise with every match, culminating in a Final Four showdown at Casa De Campo, where the remaining contenders will vie for the title of National Champion.
Beyond the championship title, players will have multiple chances to win. The tournament’s prize structure keeps the excitement high, offering Callaway merchandise, Five Iron Golf gift cards, exclusive gear from additional sponsors, and increasing prizes as players advance. Even those who don’t make the championship cut can still compete in the Consolation Bracket, where the winner will walk away with a six-month subscription to Fubo.
“Golf is more than just a game—it’s a community, and Fubo is proud to be a presenting sponsor of Five Iron Golf’s March Match Play,” said Yale Wang, executive vice president of marketing, Fubo. “With our extensive golf coverage, March Match Play competitors can enjoy the most golf on Fubo of any live TV platform and stream more of the content they love.”
Fubo is a presenting and venue sponsor for Five Iron Golf’s March Match Play tournament. As part of the partnership, Five Iron Golf members can also enjoy Fubo promotional offers, making it the perfect complement to the March Match Play experience.
