NEW YORK, NY – Tharanco Lifestyles, an innovator in technical active apparel, today announces, for Dunning, a multi-year partnership as the Official Apparel Partner of New Jersey Golf, one of the oldest golf associations in the United States, dedicated to the game and its rich traditions throughout the Garden State; representing more than 250 public and private golf courses and nearly 80,000 players.
Dunning will exclusively provide apparel for all staff, officials, participants, and volunteers’ needs within the NJ Golf schedule, including 24 State Championship events.
“Teaming up with this forward-thinking brand is the ideal way to help introduce the new image of NJ Golf,” said NJ Golf Executive Director, Kevin Purcell. “With 125 years of commitment to New Jersey’s golf community, we’re thrilled to partner with Tharanco Lifestyles to engage the next generation of golfers.”
Dunning blends technical innovation and sophisticated style for premium men’s and women’s apparel, focusing on playability and versatility. The brand served as The Official Uniform Supplier for the 2023 and 2024 U.S. Solheim Cup Team.
Dunning sits atop Tharanco Lifestyles golf brands’ multi-tiered approach of providing good, better, and best technical brands to the green grass market, along with GN Collection and Tourney. The partnership will allow NJ Golf full access to the brand trio.
“As an active player and member in the state of New Jersey, it gives me great pride to partner with the New Jersey Golf and its fantastic management team,” says Michael J. Setola, President and CEO of Tharanco Lifestyles. “The excellence and leadership they provide is a true inspiration to supplier companies like ours. We look forward to deepening our relationship with New Jersey clubs and golf professionals through this partnership.”
Now celebrating its 125th anniversary, Kenilworth-based NJ Golf is committed to diverse, high-quality services, educational programs, and tournaments for golfers of varying backgrounds and skill levels.
The organization rebranded from the New Jersey State Golf Association to New Jersey Golf last month. Dunning will also serve as the new presenting partner for the Senior Amateur Championship, beginning in 2025 with the 67th edition at New Jersey National Golf Club.
Tharanco Lifestyles, too, has deep roots in the state. The company, headquartered in Secaucus, New Jersey, is home to its executive team and two-thirds of its employees.
