As of February 1, 2015, Clubessential has officially acquired ClubSoft, creating the most powerful information technology vendor in the club market with 115 US based staff members and 1,300 clients. During the four months between announcing and completing the acquisition, the two companies did not wait for the ink to dry, making significant progress unifying both technology and teams.

Both John McConnell, owner of McConnell Golf, and Ray McDonald, ClubSoft CEO, will join the Clubessential board. Our customers and team members have much better growth opportunities as a result of this acquisition. We are introducing products and services today that others in this sector have not even thought of yet.”
Dr. Ivers commented that, “In 2014 we designed and installed over 200 advanced websites and 400 booking engines of various kinds. 2015 is off to a tremendous start because we’ve created a unified suite and already extended it with more products. Later this year we expect to add two more important systems that create new categories of products never seen before.
