Popular daily fee facility in Denver hosts the Colorado Open
DENVER – CBRE completed the successful sale of Green Valley Ranch Golf Club, a high-end, daily fee facility situated in northeast Denver. CBRE facilitated the transaction, acting as the seller’s representative.
“Green Valley Ranch possesses a unique charm, known for its challenging golf course and amenity-rich golf environment with its popular driving range and par-3 golf course,” said Jeff Woolson, vice chairman and managing director of CBRE’s Golf & Resort Group. “With a rich heritage of hosting the Inspirato Colorado Open Championships for the past two decades, the new owner is thrilled to have the opportunity to continue the legacy that businessman and philanthropist Pat Hamill started.”
Green Valley Ranch Golf Club features a championship course designed by Perry Dye, accompanied by a 9-hole par-3 course and extensive practice facilities with Trackman Range technology. The course is routed through the surrounding 4,600-home Green Valley Ranch community and houses the headquarters for the First Tee-GVR, a chapter in the First Tee network of the official charity of the PGA Tour.
Additionally, the popular Green Valley Smokehouse & Oyster Bar in the clubhouse is a favorite for both golfers and the neighboring community.
Green Valley Ranch hosts the Inspirato Colorado Open Championships three times a year, catering to men, women, and seniors. Renowned as one of the top state tournaments nationwide, the Inspirato Colorado Open Championships have been held at Green Valley Ranch for the past twenty years.
