RIDGEFIELD, Connecticut – The Golf Performance Center (GPC) is excited to announce the 2025 season opening of The National Short Course, set for April 5. This premier 9-hole course offers a world-class short game experience, welcoming golfers of all ages and skill levels.
Designed for both beginners and seasoned players, The National provides a quick and engaging alternative to traditional golf rounds. Golfers can complete 9 holes in approximately 40 minutes or enjoy a full 18-hole round in under 90 minutes, making it an ideal option for those with busy schedules.
“We are thrilled to welcome the community back to The National Short Course this April,” said Edward Murphy, Director of Operations at The Golf Performance Center. “Our course offers a unique and enjoyable golfing experience, perfect for families, newcomers, and avid golfers looking to refine their short game.”
Members and guests can enjoy exclusive access to the beautifully maintained course, with various membership options providing year-round benefits. Membership at The National includes discounted daily play, access to simulator bays, discounts on club fitting services, and more. For those looking to experience the course without a membership, day passes will be available throughout the season.
This season, The National will feature illuminated course lighting, allowing golfers to enjoy rounds well into the warm summer nights.
With the last tee time available at 8:20 PM, players can extend their day and experience the magic of playing after dark.
Tee times can be booked online through the GPC website or by calling the Pro Shop at 203-790-4653. Non-members are welcome and can reserve tee times up to 48 hours in advance, whereas course members can book 1 week in advance.
