Golf player development program, Operation 36, announces the launch of their #1inaMillion initiative
BUIES CREEK, NC (Aug. 19, 2020) – In 2019, Operation 36 shared the company’s bold mission: to create one million golfers by 2025. Now, the company will be sharing the stories of these tremendous golfers and their coaches with our wider community.
Operation 36 Co-founder, Matt Reagan said, “At headquarters, we get dozens of heart-warming stories each month about the journeys of our golfers. Being that we are a Developmental Program, we are so lucky to get a front-row-seat to the best transformations that happen through the great sport of golf.”
Reagan continued, “We believe that the joy is in the journey. Not only does a player’s game develop, so does their character and lessons learned that will stick with them for a lifetime. These are stories of persistence, dedication, and willingness to do what it takes to accomplish their golfing goals. We are so proud of our community, and what they do each day to work towards achieving their goals while impacting the lives of others.”
Each week the company will showcase these “One in a Million” stories on their website and social media. The golfer’s story will be shared to inspire other beginners to start, and continue, with the sport.
All Operation 36 coaches are invited to nominate their students who have persevered, and have been a model to their peers. For more information about the Operation 36 Developmental Program, please visit:https://operation36.golf/coaches/.
