Born in 2013 from the vision of Terrie Purdum, publisher of Golf Central Magazine and a long supporter of the Turf Grass Association and Golf Course Superintendents Association, Turf Life has blossomed into a vibrant community that celebrates all aspects of turf culture including the many sports, athletes, and industry professionals that depend on the quality of grass growing beneath their feet.
Whether it’s the athletes who play it, the professionals who work it, or the enthusiasts who simply love it, we are a uniquely bonded group who live the Turf Life.
Through its expanded and updated new website, Turflifeclub.com, friends, family, regular Joes (and Janes!) can now proudly buy, wear, and showcase their passion for turf through our branded apparel and merchandise.
At Turf Life, our mission goes beyond apparel. From the science of turf care to promoting sustainability, we aim to show the world the beauty, functionality, and importance of these spaces.
As part of this mission, we will continue to provide editorial features on turf life individuals in Golf Central Magazine who are making a difference, club celebrating the work and play that revolve around turf. Whether you’re an agronomist, an athlete, or someone who simply enjoys a well-manicured lawn, Turf Life is for you.
