ALEXANDRIA, Virginia – The Club Management Association of America (CMAA) announces that Toro has recommitted to a three-year agreement through the CMAA Partnership Network.
Toro became a CMAA partner in 2008, becoming the first turf maintenance and irrigation solution company to make a long-term commitment to the development and furtherance of the club management professional.
Through this renewed partnership as a CMAA Business Partner, Toro will continue to support CMAA’s Business Management Institute General Manager/Chief Operating Officer program. The in-demand program focuses on building the responsibilities and characteristics of a club GM/COO.
“We are honored to extend our commitment as a Business Partner of the CMAA with a multi-year agreement. Toro is deeply invested in supporting initiatives that promote education and the professional growth of CMAA members,” explains Josh Tubbs, Senior Marketing Manager for Toro.
With roots dating back to 1914, Toro is a leading worldwide provider of innovative solutions for the outdoor environment including turf and landscape maintenance, snow management, rental and construction equipment, and irrigation solutions.
Through a strong network of distributors, dealers, retailers, and rental stores in more than 125 countries, Toro helps customers care for golf courses, sports fields, public green spaces, commercial and residential properties, construction sites, and agricultural operations.
“The support provided by Toro makes it possible for CMAA to provide industry-leading professional development and initiatives benefiting the entire club management community,” CMAA’s President and CEO, Jeff Morgan, FASAE, CAE, added. “We appreciate their continuing partnership and the innovation they share with our industry.”
