FRISCO, Texas – Award-winning country music artist Jake Owen was announced today as the headline artist for the first annual PGA Show Winter Jam, an after-hours concert experience, on Thursday, Jan. 25, in a new concert lounge created in Hall E of the Orange County Convention Center.
Registered PGA Show attendees will receive complimentary admission to enjoy performances by Owen and additional supporting music acts, beginning at 6 p.m. The concert is not open to the public.
With a career-spanning collection of gold and platinum certifications, ten No.1 singles and over 2.5 billion U.S. on-demand streams, Jake Owen has ascended to stardom as a mainstay country staple.
Delivering a fresh set of beach-ready hits, his 16-track, seventh studio album, Loose Cannon, was released Summer 2023 via Big Loud Records. Known for his laid-back style and genre defining hits like “Barefoot Blue Jean Night,” “American Country Love Song,” and “Alone with You,” Owen’s last album, Greetings From…Jake, delivered three No.1 hits – “Made for You,” “Homemade” and “I Was Jack (You Were Diane)” – and a top five smash “Down to the Honkytonk.”
The ACM award winner began headlining the Loose Cannon Tour in September and fans have responded enthusiastically to great new tracks such as “Solo, Solo,” “Nothing,” “Hot Truck Beer” and the boat-ready anthem “On the Boat Again.”
“I’m so excited to share some fan favorites and all the new music from Loose Cannon with my fans in the golf industry,” says Owen. “I look forward to seeing everyone party and sing along with me at the PGA Show. Can’t wait to see y’all there.”
PGA HOPE will be the concert’s charitable partner. Veterans, Active Military, PGA HOPE certified PGA of America Golf Professionals, PGA HOPE Ambassadors, and PGA HOPE graduates registered for the PGA Show will be honored as special guests.
The PGA Show, the longest running and largest global business gathering of the golf industry, returns to Orlando for the 71stedition of the annual event, Jan 23-26.
Organized by PGA Golf Exhibitions and the PGA of America, the PGA Show is open exclusively to the golf industry and is not a public event. Show attendees will receive complimentary admission to the PGA Show Winter Jam by showing their event badge at the door.
The concert is a limited attendance event and Show badge holders will receive admission on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional event information and registration are available at www.pgashow.com.
